Elizabeth D. Bobulski RN MPH is Sr. VP for Clinical Services for Vie Healthcare. Her career spans thirty eight years beginning as a cardiovascular operating room nurse at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She was promoted to Nurse Manager, Surgical Nursing Director and to Associate Executive Director, Chief Nursing Officer. She led many new ventures including the implementation of a transplant service, major facilities renovations and moves including the design of a new surgery center and inpatient operative suite.
In 2000 Ms. Bobulski moved east to Philadelphia and held the role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nursing Officer at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. She led multiple new ventures including implementation of a transplant service, a Level One Trauma designation, major facilities renovations and the implementation of new models in Nursing clinical practice.
In 2006 Ms. Bobulski accepted the role of Sr. VP for Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer at Cooper Health System in Camden, New Jersey. There she led the development of a nursing research program and the implementation of a new pavilion for patient care services that included adult medical –surgical units and an intensive care unit.
Throughout her career Ms. Bobulski has been a mentor and educator for Nursing leaders, new Physician leaders, multiple hospital Department Heads and Administrators. Her expertise centers in creating credibility, leading teams, problem solving and building coalitions to improve patient care. Most recently she has participated in developing on line courses for building expertise in supply chain optimization.
She has been an invited consultant for pediatric care and clinical leadership structure. She was twice recognized by Tenet Healthcare as Outstanding Chief Nursing Officer and once in Tenet Healthcare's Circle of Excellence. She was nominated in 2009 for the New Jersey Governor's Nursing Merit Award in Administration.
Ms. Bobulski has provided community leadership through her past Board memberships with the Burn Foundation of the Delaware Valley, the Philadelphia Children’s Alliance and the Helene Fuld School of Nursing in Southern New Jersey.
Ms. Bobulski received her Diploma in Nursing from the Grant Hospital School of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio; her Bachelor of Science from the College of Mt. St. Joseph's in Cincinnati, Ohio and her Master's in Public Health with major in healthcare administration from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
