Lisa MillerLisa Miller is a dynamic entrepreneur and recognized leader in healthcare supply chain management with an emphasis on clinical supply expense reduction strategies. Since founding VIE Healthcare, in 2000, she has generated over $30 million in cost savings for her healthcare clients.

Lisa’s approach is conducting clinical expense reviews with a focus on how the supply chain has a direct impact on the revenue cycle and subsequent profitability of the healthcare organization.

Lisa’s success is built upon exceptional interpersonal skills, which allow her to establish partnerships with her clients and foster organization-wide teamwork to achieve financial and operational goals. Each session is guaranteed to produce over $100,000 in cost-saving and revenue-improving ideas – to date the EXCITE!  Program’s return on investment is over 300%.
